Information and purposes

A coaching application contains your name, email, country or time zone, sport, competitive level, main goal, price and age confirmations, and limited campaign attribution. It is emailed to Filip through Resend so he can assess fit, reply, plan capacity, and understand which campaign introduced the application.

Accepted clients may later provide payment and invoice details through Stripe. After Filip confirms payment and creates the client account, the coaching app collects scheduling, competition and training context, available equipment, practical constraints, and an optional link to exercise footage. The app also processes the programme, check-ins, training results, and coaching communication needed to deliver the service.

Technical security logs are produced by Vercel to operate and protect the website. Optional Meta analytics are used only after consent and never receive application answers, footage links, injury context, or customer email addresses.

Sensitive information and footage

The public application is not a medical questionnaire. Do not submit medical records, diagnostic images, treatment notes, or detailed health information. If unnecessary sensitive information is provided, it may be deleted and you may be asked to resubmit appropriate context through the correct channel.

Video files are not uploaded to this marketing site. Clients may place requested footage in Google Drive or WeTransfer and share the access link inside the coaching app. The client chooses the provider and sharing settings.

Legal bases

Applications are processed to take requested pre-contract steps and to assess whether the service can be offered. Payment, onboarding, delivery, and client communication are processed to perform the coaching contract. Invoice and accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations. Essential hosting and security rely on legitimate interests. Optional advertising analytics and identified athlete media rely on consent.

Providers and transfers

Vercel hosts the website and coaching app. Resend delivers coaching applications and service emails. Stripe processes payment and invoicing. Supabase and the coaching app store active-client onboarding, programmes, check-ins, and results. Google Drive or WeTransfer processes footage chosen by the client. Meta receives consented website events only.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards govern that processing.

Retention

Application emails for people who do not become clients are deleted no later than 90 days after submission unless a shorter retention request applies. Payment and invoice records follow statutory accounting periods. Active-client onboarding and coaching records are retained for service delivery and a reasonable period for legal or professional obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable by emailing filipdroszcz@gmail.com. Information may be requested to verify that the request concerns your data. You may withdraw optional analytics or athlete-media consent for future processing.

The application is reviewed by Filip. There is no solely automated eligibility or pricing decision based on the application answers.
